Job Title: Full-Time Interactive Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: Owners
Location: Dallas, TX (Deep Ellum)
Start Date: Immediate


Job Purpose Summary: Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to coordinate online marketing inter-office activities
of Abstract Concepts.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle Facebook and Twitter Accounts (Updates & Reporting)
- Manage and Organize Business Account Information
- Site Content Management
- Managing Event and Business Directory Postings
- Handle incoming calls
- Misc Day to Day activities

Requirements:
- MUST BE DETAILED ORIENTED
- Must be VERY familiar with Facebook and Twitter (social dashboard usage)
- Must be internet Savvy
- Must be able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- Graphic skills are a plus!


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent Organization and follow up skills
- High standards of conduct and professionalism
- Hospitality and sales experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills a must
- Prepares and updates calendar highlighting important deadlines and milestones-
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing-
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends-
- Ability to work on multiple projects or tasks concurrently
- Skill in using computers and word processing-

Additional Information
Salary: $9 - $10 Hourly (Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm)
